Public Offer Agreement
This document is the official public offer agreement for NoBug repair services.
1. Definitions
- Service Provider — NoBug (the individual entrepreneur or legal entity trading as NoBug).
- Client — any individual or legal entity requesting services.
- Services — diagnostics, repair, firmware updates, and maintenance of electronic equipment.
- Acceptance — agreement to the offer terms by delivering equipment or signing the work order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with diagnostics and repair services for electronic equipment; the Client agrees to accept and pay for these services under the terms herein.
3. Service Process
- The Client delivers equipment to the Service Provider in person or by post.
- Free diagnostics are performed within 1–3 business days.
- The Service Provider notifies the Client of identified faults and the repair cost.
- Upon approval, the repair is carried out within the agreed timeframe.
- The Client accepts the work and makes payment. A signed work order confirms completion.
4. Pricing & Payment
Service costs are determined after diagnostics and fixed in the work order. Payment is due after the Client accepts the completed work.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, card payment.
5. Warranty
The Service Provider warrants all work performed in accordance with the Warranty Terms, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
6. Rights & Obligations
Client obligations:
- Provide accurate information about the equipment
- Pay for services promptly
- Collect equipment within 30 days of completion notification
Service Provider obligations:
- Safeguard the Client's equipment
- Keep the Client informed of progress and costs
- Perform work to a high standard and on time
7. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance if this results from force majeure events: martial law, natural disasters, actions of state authorities, etc.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in court under Ukrainian law.
