Terms of Use

Rules for using the NoBug website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using nobug.com.ua, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

NoBug provides the following services:

  • ASIC miner diagnostics and repair
  • Portable charging station diagnostics and repair
  • Firmware updates and equipment configuration
  • Technical consultations

The terms of each service are recorded in the service work order.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the fault and equipment
  • Collect equipment promptly after work is completed (storage beyond 30 days is charged; after 90 days the device may be disposed of)
  • Not tamper with warranty seals after repair
  • Pay for completed work in a timely manner

4. NoBug Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs using qualified engineers
  • Communicate the repair cost before work begins
  • Store client equipment securely
  • Provide warranty coverage per the Warranty Terms

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are indicative and confirmed after free diagnostics. Payment is due after the client accepts the completed work. Payment methods: cash, bank transfer.

NoBug reserves the right to change prices; however, the cost agreed in the work order is fixed.

6. Limitation of Liability

NoBug is not liable for data loss during firmware updates or memory replacement, or for indirect damages or lost profits. NoBug's maximum liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under Ukrainian law at NoBug's location.

8. Changes to Terms

NoBug may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
