We stand behind the quality of every repair. Full warranty terms below.

1. Warranty Periods

NoBug provides a written warranty on all work performed and replaced components. The warranty period is recorded in the service receipt.

  • ASIC chip replacement (BGA soldering) — 60 days from the device return date
  • Hash board repair (SMD, traces) — 30 days
  • Control board repair — 30 days
  • Power supply repair — 30 days
  • BMS / inverter repair (charging stations) — 30 days
  • Complex repair (full restoration) — up to 90 days by agreement
  • Firmware update / software configuration — 14 days

The warranty covers only the work listed in the service receipt. If the repaired component fails for the same reason, the repair is performed at no charge.

2. What Is Covered

  • Repeat failure of replaced components for the same reason
  • Soldering defects discovered within the warranty period (cold joint, lifted pad)
  • Incorrect operation of the repaired unit under normal operating conditions
  • Performance degradation directly related to the repair work

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage occurring after device return (impacts, drops)
  • Damage caused by unstable or incorrect power supply (voltage spikes, wrong polarity)
  • Water damage, flooding, or short circuits
  • Customer tampering after repair
  • Normal wear of consumable components (fans, thermal paste, capacitors)
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair work
  • Faults in units not listed in the service receipt

4. How to Claim Warranty Service

  1. Contact us via Telegram or phone, and provide your order number from the service receipt.
  2. Describe the symptoms — we will help determine if this qualifies as a warranty case.
  3. Bring or ship the device to our service centre (keep the packaging!).
  4. We will perform a free diagnosis and, if the warranty case is confirmed, complete the repair within 3–7 business days.
  5. Return of the device — pick-up or shipping via Nova Poshta at our expense.
