1. Warranty Periods
NoBug provides an electronic warranty with a digital signature for all services rendered by the service centre. The digital signature confirms the integrity of the document and prevents any changes to the list of works or terms by the client or staff after the device is returned.
- All work performed and replaced components — 14 calendar days from the device return date.
- The warranty applies exclusively to the works and parts recorded in the electronic service receipt.
- If a repaired component fails for the same reason within the warranty period, the repeat repair is performed free of charge.
2. Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not apply and is fully voided in the following cases:
Violation of operating conditions:
- Operation outside the temperature ranges declared by the equipment manufacturer.
- Presence of conductive dust, insects, or significant dirt on heatsinks and cooling elements that prevents normal heat dissipation.
Software or hardware tampering:
- Any modification of the software (firmware), clearing of system logs, or any tampering with the hardware of the device.
- Increasing the operating frequency (overclocking) or voltage (overvolting) beyond rated values.
External factors: physical damage (impacts, drops), exposure to moisture, corrosion, or damage caused by unstable power supply.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Consequential damages: NoBug service centre is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits (mining downtime, outages) or data loss arising from a device failure.
- Related components: we are not liable for failure of any other elements of the device, except those that were directly replaced and listed in the service receipt.
4. Equipment Storage Rules
- Free storage of a completed device is provided for 30 days after repair completion and customer notification.
- Storage beyond 30 days is paid (according to the service centre rates).
- After 30 days of storage, the service centre is not responsible for the safekeeping of this equipment.
- If the device is not claimed within 60 days, the service centre reserves the right to sell or dispose of it to cover repair and storage costs.
5. How to Claim Warranty Service
- Contact us via Telegram or by phone and provide the electronic service receipt number.
- Describe the symptoms of the malfunction for an initial consultation.
- Bring the device to the service centre (the protective packaging must be preserved).
- Diagnosis and warranty repair are performed within 3–7 business days. Return of the device (Nova Poshta) in case of a confirmed warranty event is at the service centre's expense.
