About this model
The Antminer S21 is the first generation of Bitmain's new series built on the BM1370 chip (5nm). At 200 TH/s and 3500W, it achieves 17.5 J/TH efficiency — a significant leap from the previous S19 series. Released in 2024, it has already gained widespread adoption.
Despite the new chip, common issues remain similar: hashboard chip degradation, VRM circuit faults, firmware crashes, and PSU problems. The new platform has its nuances — different board routing, updated power delivery, improved fan management. We've already built solid experience with the S21 and perform component-level repairs: BM1370 chip replacement, trace restoration, VRM repair, and reflashing.

Common issues
Hashrate drops below 180 TH/s — BM1370 chip degradation or calibration loss
One hashboard throwing errors — VRM circuit burnout or LDO regulator damage
Unit shuts down at peak temperatures — dried thermal paste or faulty fan
"Power limit" error — PSU can't deliver stable 12V under load
Network interface not working — controller failure or damaged connector on control board
