The Antminer S21 XP is Bitmain's most powerful air-cooled ASIC: 270 TH/s at 3645W, 13.5 J/TH efficiency. Built on the BM1370 chip (5nm) with maximum optimization, it's the current flagship for air cooling.
At this power level, the unit operates at the thermal limits of air cooling. Any disruption — from dried thermal paste to dusty heatsinks — quickly leads to overheating and emergency shutdown.
